As an experienced hotel management professional with track record in setting a vision and building the success and profile of a diverse range of properties both in Australia and in the U.K, Denise Miller has a sound career background in financial management, and the development of high standard food and beverage outlets. Denise has high expertise in team development, front office operations, and the implementation of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Fire safety regulations. With a management style that has proven to dramatically improve both the property and bottom line results, Denise formed THSN in 2006. |

Denise Scrafton |
Denise Scrafton has very strong knowledge of the tourism industry's distribution systems in all sectors.
She has been the National Director of Tourism Victoria since May 1999. This is an appointment by the Minister of Tourism.
Deputy Chair of the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC).
In 2002 won the "Outstanding Contribution by an Individual to the Victorian Tourism Industry" at the Victorian Tourism Awards in November 2002.
Served as a Judge on the Victorian Tourism Awards 1995 and 1996. Denise worked for Flag Choice Hotels in 1975 to 1988 in the Reservations Department as Reservations Manager. In this position she established a professional Reservations Centre that introduced "Super Sally", the first on-line reservation system in the country. Denise created the very popular Flag HotelPass product from a Marketing, Sales and back office basis.
From 1988 to 1995, Denise Scrafton worked fot Australian Tourism Products as the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Back at Flag Choice Hotels in 1995, as the Vice President of Sales, Denise was part of the process of the change over to Choice Hotels Australasia until 2003.
Denise implemented Mainstay Australia and in 2007 joined THSN. |
